Sanima Bank Limited has proposed a 13.6% of the paid-up capital as a dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The bank has proposed a 3.6% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares. In the previous fiscal year (FY 2075/76), Sanima Bank had distributed a 10% bonus shares and an 11.05% cash dividend.

Sanima Bank Limited had posted a net profit of Rs 1.7 Arba till its 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77.
