The bride and groom's mother died from Corona

The mother of the bride and groom has died when a corona infection was found in a wedding house in Gauradaha Municipality-4 of Jhapa. The deceased has been identified as Santosh Tajpuria, 30, of Gauradaha-4, Khanta and his mother.

According to Govinda Shrestha of the health department, Santosh succumbed to his injuries at Koshi Kovid Hospital in Biratnagar at 12:45 last night. He had been undergoing treatment at the hospital since April 8.

Earlier, mother Shantidevi Tajpuriya had died on April 7 while undergoing treatment. Santosh was married on April 30. Within a few days of the marriage, the entire family of five, including the bridegroom Santosh, his bride and mother, was infected.
